Who do we think would purchase our refineries? With the level of contamination and ongoing remediation, etc. seems like a challenge . . .

most leaders at refineries dont want to be there. they are punching their ticket and waiting for other opportunities. they will all just be looking out for themselves and have no care or concern for the people beneath them that they will happily throw under the bus. whatever they believe execs want they will sign off on as long as its good for them personally. you cant count on reduced headcounts combined with increased work, followed by bad PMP ratings and low CIP and annual raises.
