What is a lead rep , is that a new position that we have a meeting scheduled for?
No one would ever succeed at convincing me to accept a promotion to become a Lead Rep aka another title for a glorified merchandiser. I also would advise people to do the same thing and tell them "no".
The thought of going into yet another store piled up with carts and pallets of just sh-t backstock disgust me and makes me want to call off , better yet, just quit
Yep. Company forces insane amount of product into stores. Reps still miss numbers so they don't have to pay bonus $$. It's a win win for Mondelez haha

Oh it's a sales job, just don't get paid! I had to sell in a ton of displays to get out all that excess product they sent in. I also sold tons of pallets in to a customer, but, didn't hit my number, so did not get paid for all my sales. Biggest scam ever! No money for sales? Not a sales job. Disgusting company!!!
Lead merchandiser who gets yelled at by DM and stores for things they have no control over. This job su-ks but just punch I'm and out and leave everything at work. At the end of the day it's a joke but we earn a paycheck.
They should just change the title to “Head Merchandiser” or “Lead FTOW”. There’s nothing remotely close to selling or being a sales rep on my territory.
