Lots of people leaving lately! Who else is planning on quitting soon?

We need more of that behavior in the world.
My entire team is on the verge of quitting
We ask for help and we get "no backfill"
Every two weeks is a new process
Intentionally asking to cook books for Q4
No record keeping what so ever since we have no internal personnel left
Babysitting GCs since we have no internal people left to handle admin tasks
Just put us out of our misery already and tell us the news
What’s it like to wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and say, “I’m going to be THAT a—-hole today?”
I think everyone I’ve talked to is trying. None of them are lazy except you, who decided to come here and be a troll.
It took 0 energy to just click away without being a DB.
Stop blaming crown for your circumstance you aren’t tired you are lazy. You had enough time to go on here write a novel. You could’ve wrote a cover letter or updated your resume. You just rather blame crown for the reason you are stuck and not your own actions. Best of luck to you and that amazing job that will land in your lap.
Remember two years ago when the IT guy blasted that lady’s bits all over the tower call? We were expected to report and act like nothing happened. Go get another job. The grass is greener and the skies are blue.
Preach! When I’ve asked for help, leadership has basically told me to go f myself. Sorry, sorry. That was crude and not exactly true, they told us to “practice self-care.” I don’t even have the energy at the end of the day to try that.
ASAP - Morale is in the toilet, there is zero job security, and I am waiting for some news. My manager is afraid for their job so he’s hounding everyone on the team to try to make himself look effective (because he’s taking all of the credit for “managing the team through this mess”).
Like the person before me, hoping for a package so I can shift my search into full gear. Unfortunately, I’m so drained at the end of the day that I don’t have time to focus on myself.
The leadership team seems to want people to quit to help the budget and make the company look like a steal. How about you offer a voluntary package and let people put themselves out of their misery.
Leadership knows people are angry, depressed, etc. It is not news to them. Why do you think they have tightened down on computer security? They don’t want people to steal data on their way out the door. They also throw out webinars for us to learn about taking care of our mental health. What is it going to take for someone at that level to act? How long before someone does something drastic and there is some unalive person/people? If anything happens, you can all point to this forum and say, “look at all of these posts from the employees; people are struggling and they know it.”
Just rip off the bandage already and let us have a safety net to get out of here.
Heck no, still just showing up, under performing, and hoping I get a package with the next round.
I quit over a year ago, I still get paid every two weeks and a nice bonus once a year. It’s an art I learned from my coworkers, do the minimum and fly under the radar.
You don’t have to do much these days to keep your job.
