The drummer is having a joke asking people to come on a town hall. His going to avoid/deflect/postpone/ignore the main question on pay, and talk about the wonderful future. All that's happened on his watch over 5 years is that the company has shrunk. Don't ask the folks to work any harder, do your job because on 5 million USD million whilst folks are struggling, you have had more than enough time to grow, your on t capable, you should quit.
