Over 40,000 employees working less than 2 hours a day are a few bad apples?

100% they do. And it is because Stinkey is a "Command and Control and Group Punishment" CEO. He has reports that show 1/3 of employees are only coming in fewer than 2 hours a day. He also looks at reports of total hours and productivity each day of the week. He is mad that Fridays are not productive enough and he shared that in a recent meeting.

The few bad apples have spoiled the bunch already. His only way to address in his head is to make EVERYONE come back 5 days a week.

So yes. Those that are scamming it and denying it are ruining for all. And leaders are letting these slackers get away with it and will ruin it for all.
Jan 2025 is moving to 5 days a week.

I'm guessing you mean RTO non-compliance. Why would they pose a danger to anyone else but themselves? If you think they will cause AT&T to switch to 5 days a week in the office, I will tell you it'll happen even if everyone was fully compliant.

Nope. Only themselves. Better days after they leave.
