So does the October 14 date still stand as the only day in the rumor mill?
I wonder if that “wait until October 20 date” implies the layoffs will last across the week or October 14-18.
October 20 is a Sunday.
I also wonder if that is tied at all to the earnings. Earnings conference call and public release of the earnings report likely is held on November 4 or 6. November 5 is USA Election Day. Nice timing for the news to be buried.
The leaked dates have historically been fairly accurate, but while in a meeting with my VP last week they made the statement "wait until after the October 20th date". For what it's worth...
I have only heard rumors of Oct 14 after the Oct 14 date was posted here.
So far no one has stated a date other than Oct 14 here.
Was the date announced somewhere?
