Contractor pool is getting shallow. Nobody wants to take work from us because they know the $h!t Show that comes with it. The lies from VP Jabba and Darth Ang are catching up and the real workers have to suffer. Everyone has filed a Complaint against these two and Biz Su-k does nothing. Our version of Micro trench is a complete fail, what else can we pull out of our arses?

The bad negotiations by SC in West where money is lost time and time again due to not understanding the business and egos should be looked at as well but probably won’t happen.
If you think that’s bad, go back and look at (if possible at this point) some of the budgets on TMO tower work in Chicago when Crown was doing CX services. Talk about cooking books to falsely inflate SGM, glad to be gone from the CCI sh*t show
I don't work in the West, but from the few projects I got involved in (to clean up), every one of them had significant financial waste and looked like unchecked corruption. One project had hundreds of thousands of equipment that wasn't needed but was ordered and delivered anyway. Guess what? Poof...no one could locate those extra parts.
Another was where they paid over $1 million extra for poles by using a vendor that wasn't one we have on our approved list.
Those were just a few instances that I was aware of and could confirm. Things just get swept under the rug over there.
Everyone in the west makes things up. What are these lies and investigation?
I just left my full-time job at Crown Castle over the summer, and less than a month after leaving I get an email from a recruiter at a consulting firm asking me if I was willing to submit my resume for a temporary contract role at Crown for their Fiber business. This paid more than my full-time job did, but I responded and rejected her request to submit my resume to Crown and explained to her the situation that CC Fiber is currently in.
Ultimately, I told her to only reach out for contract roles outside of Crown Castle.
