The Pulse Survey from Q1 seems to have disappeared. They told us results would be shared in Q2. The results are always sugarcoated but this year seem to have completely disappeared. Too bad to sugarcoat or what is going on?

It has been discussed a few times but kept very low key because the results were so bad.
Stop kidding yourself thinking they care. Asked someone who recently quit and there was no exit interview. They’re willing to lose talent to a competitor and don’t even take the opportunity to learn why to even give the false glimmer of hope that they’ll improve it for those of us that stay.
