This bank su-ks. I’ve never seen the level of id--ts in management. Very undeserving and entitled management. Banking is in trouble.

Regulatory team bleeds due to their manager dumps the sh-t on them
The problem is all these people all of their lives worked only here
No talent same admit sh-t , no process
Make their resources work day end night
But managers get the financial gains
This is the reason people get sick or fail terrible in their personal lives
If they don’t get rid of these middle managers seriously TD will get hit by a law suit
Don't come and work here - there is no growth potential in the US for all the fines and illegal practices in the US. They are going to have to be sold off to another company as a fire sale
It’s not just AVP or VP. You can trace this to the incompetent senior managers at that bank

Regulatory team su-ks due to incompetence of their VP, AVP and their managers
Poor them they work like dogs but no light to shine
Exams team su-ks total failure with an ex occ examiner they brought on board
Oh boy very entitled , all AVPs and above they feel like privileged and treat their resources like sh-t and make them work day and night
Employees cannot even take are of their personal lives
Most of them get sicker sicker and quit
