Why did the stink really come to St Louis?
Was it really for the sole purpose of a town hall? LMAO!!!
Or was it to “participate” in a real estate transaction for the building?
(Last time a T corporate building in St Louis was sold it went to Goldman holdings for a mere $3M, or $2.50 per square ft.) Amazing deal.
I wonder how much pine st. will be sold for. I wonder if the entity purchasing it will also happen to be an investor in TPG. Nice pattern. Big dollar assets keep flowing into the hands of others for pennies on the dollar.
Also nice to see that the recent sale of the remaining 70% ownership of DTV to TPG was deeply discounted even further. Here is my all-time favorite part though. (Read the terms of the transaction on TPG website):
“The transaction also contemplates that DIRECTV will make a special distribution prior to March 31, 2025, of at least $1.625 billion that will be paid to the equity holders of DIRECTV, proportional to their respective ownership positions.”
LMAO. Can’t make this sh-t up.
