Well, a lot varies by division and role. However you should expect ongoing/annual layoffs. If you are going into the WB/motion picture side, you can probably find better. If you are going into the Legacy TV/Streaming (Discovery Nets, Turner Nets, HBO), it may not be much different than most anywhere else. I believe culture is better at NBC than here, but most other will be a lot of the same.
If you are going into a creative role, know that there was an analogy during the acquisition of the former TimeWarner Assets from AT&T that holds pretty true. "Like McDonald's acquiring a Michelin Star restaurant." If you think My dead-broke/100 lb/sister-cousin 90-Day fiancé, Something-Something Bobby Flay and 1000 pound Sister/brother/grandma/etc is what you are interested in, know that is their yardstick of creative quality...
