This company is full of grifters and people pretending to do work.
Friend told me recently his co worker has a full time job at Ford and also is doing multiple other part time jobs; clearly he is barely doing anything at Ford and just clicking buttons and moving his mouse.
I'm spending a lot of time exaggerating my resume so I can be hired by Ford.
Most jobs, except production can be done in 4 hours a day, the rest of the time you have to look busy.
If you don’t like it, leave! Why are you spending time on a layoff site? You should be working on your escape plan. Best of luck to you.
