Exxon executives aren't focused on making money for the company - why bother? They're all about enriching themselves and that's it. No one pulls it off with more cunning than the folks in our C-suite. They're pros at padding their own pockets while the company's interests take a backseat.

Absolute pieces of hot garbage
No one is looking out for value. What reigns supreme is what their bonus KPI is based on. Perfect example is the decisions during COVID to not inhibit wells in the Bakken and Permian that were not yet completed or being produced. Resulted in having to abandon many wells or expensive fishing jobs. But hey they hit their KPI for OPEX reduction and got their bonuses!
With the amount of serving themselves they do, surprised the campus doesn’t sound like a barnyard
Amén to this. For years the exploration company focused on reserves replacement and finding reserves that could never be produced at a profit. Their KPI was volumes so they didn’t care if they were profitable!
