New guy MB reporting to LCM has been brutal. People are miserable under him. Is his goal to ruin TR?

@ft1+1uXBzJ1I no value at all just a vanity project where customers lose.

Mexico is useless. If you’re going to offshore, send it to India. The MX Team is ruining this company.

There is a cover up on how bad it is in Mexico. The truth is hidden.

Current TR leadership absolutely worst ever. If investors only knew how horribly the Mexico strategy is going.

@4wqi+1uXBzJlI spot on. The finance team out of Eagan is useless . If TR could use its CRM tools properly, it would eliminate useless headcount that live in spreadsheets. Never seen a company with so many mo--ns counting revenue……

So many constant issues with outsourced teams. Tons of cancelling and angry customers. You’ll see the desperate managers keep praising those teams in hopes they’ll be selected as a manager of the outsourced teams. Instead of outsourcing, how about layoff all managers, directors, VP’s instead. How much do they make and what do they really do?

Please offshore the finance department to Mexico. Honestly, some of the most worthless people I have ever worked with

The devil has busy hands. 2026 it will all be pushed to Mexico and India that's the master plan, shareholders want more returns, all offices globally sold, headcount across the US cut and moved to Mexico and Europe the same insert [India]. The new corporates proposal is a role change for everyone with no consultation, I bet the comms will be adjusted down and no payrise for the new role and extra work and then when people leave they replace offshore. Gotta love TR.

Seems so unnecessarily complicated, and has been growing more so every year since its inception.

What customer or business value does all that complexity create?

Isn't Corporates always changing? I believe the answer is yes to both.
