Why does it seem management protects the workers who do nothings and treats the obes who do everything like sh-t. My guess is just to push them even more but you're likely to push them to move on.. That's horrible management

They aren’t actually doing nothing, it’s just that what they are doing has personal gratification…catch my drift? Always been this way, you rub my %#!? and I’ll give you a promotion. This is how you get to be a “rising star” as they refer to it! Hahahaha! What people will do….
Fu** all these sorry a-s merchandisers. Lazy MFS. Nobody takes initiative or thinks outside the box. Everyone does the absolute bare minimum and leaves all the FN work for someone like me who actually cares and does my job right. Oh but what do I get? Sh-t pay and “do what you can”. Sick of hearing that. But yeah let’s give these brainless id--ts iPads to write orders on top of the merching that they can’t even handle. So smart.

I agree, the ones whom do all the work put in a cr-p ton of hours just to keep the territory going and try to hit numbers get treated like cr-p, the ones who do nothing and in the stores and claim full hours get nothing done to them.
