Someone should file a complaint with the alert line and the FTC
RP and JV are both in Boretech pockets. That’s how JV gets away with so much. And yes, the abuse is even more rampant when it comes to break fix. Years ago, the very first supervisor for break fix was making all kinds of noise about boretech and the fraudulent billing. Next thing you know, they re-org and push him out of the company. One can only hope the new owners figure out the Miami mafia scams.
JV could not do this alone, think about why he has been able to blow a 75mil budget for the largest deal we ever had and then get rewarded with the next big one. Someone else is benefiting and giving him the authority. This kind of brazen favoritism and corruption is why the morale is so low for some people in the south. Talented people are cast aside who won’t go along with it.
I wish someone who can do something about it would fire JV. What was said about him it 100% true. He is a cancer.
I'm relieved to see more people finally speaking up. A few years ago, JV was audited, yet those jabronis failed to see through him. In typical CCI fashion, they encouraged anonymous reporting of fraud. But who would risk their career? Nothing at Crown is truly anonymous, and it often feels like the system allows individuals to act with impunity.
If you look closely at JV's lifestyle, you’ll find the answers.
Over the years, he became increasingly brazen, silencing those who had crucial information. He maneuvered a talented individual out of state to clear the path for his undeserved promotion. Meanwhile, during the layoffs of 2024, while the permit team was being eradicated, he orchestrated the promotion of his wife—who has no permit experience—to a permit specialist position.
Those who tried to be fiduciary responsible by using other vendors than those from his preferred vendor selection, saw their purchase orders being canceled by managers under the direction of "Slim Shady JV."
He ensured that anyone who posed a threat to him was added to the layoff list; while blocking promotions for deserving employees.
He has never prioritized the interests of investors or employees, constantly hiding behind his multiple screens to manipulate data. CRM has become a tool for rewriting history.
JV and those like him are significant contributors to our downfall, driven by greed, and CCI’s lax culture has enabled their actions. Hope the next buyer has 20/20 vision.
I’m going with a hybrid. Just for fun. Digital bridge comes in and backs Network to help us manage and right the ship or something like that. Selling we take too big of a hit. In a few years or even months maybe you’re going to see the same thing happen to towers. Everest I bet. Crown won’t be Crown for too much longer.

They need to layoff a lot more people, just need a whole reset and start over. If you don’t believe that you haven’t worked with anyone on SFL Breakfix. Or let’s not even mentioned the guys in Boretech’s pocket in SFL like JV.
Probably better chance of near term layoffs if they decide to keep. If they are selling, they will need to maintain status quo until the completion of the deal in 6-12 months.
There will be no layoffs even if they sell. The buyer isn’t going to take over for a few months.
Selling for pennies on the dollar, cut jobs, layoffs. LN will make a guest appearance to oversee terminations and tell stories of how people are letting her know how Crown has such great benefits.
