You must be in Clifton! Yup we know who you mean. But there are others there who have done the same thing. It's a weak leadership that makes people like that possible. A symptom of a dysfunctional organization. It's what happens when leadership positions are filled by unknowing people from outside of the industry. They are easily conned by bullshyt artists. he and the others like him are running out of rope. Clifton is on borrowed time.

Yeah I know exactly who you're talking about. That squeaky little rat bag is well known by the people he sc--wed over to get his low show job. The worst day in his life is around the corner when he tries to get a job somewhere else and finds familiar faces looking back at him. Maybe home Depot will take him back .

I think maybe they have run out of good people to lay off in clifton. If they want to meet there next to layoff quota, they're going to have to start laying off some of their favorite toadies. You know the type. The ones who made their bones by ratting people out.
Remember this L3 Harris employees. In the grand scheme of things, you don't matter.
Remember you are a number and not a valued employee any longer. When they walk you out thank them for the time you were there and have your stuff already moved out because you can only take out what you can carry. When I left, I walked out with my name plate and coffee cup in hand. I was thankful for the time I was there as the people I worked with made it worthwhile.
