When I was let Go this is what Happened - Got a terse meeting notice on a Monday for a Tuesday 10:30 AM Meeting. Only attendee was my Director - not my manager or anyone else. I thought he wanted to talk about an account install/upgrade project. When call actually started it was my director and HR rep.. I wish I would have hung up and let them stew about what I was going to do. Then call HR directly when I was ready and prepared to negotiate cause it didn't matter the outcome - I was gone. It was awkward and my Director looked like he was constipated....for weeks. The script was unprepared and HR had to correct my Director.
Effective immediately? no wasn't effective till 10 days later
What’s the severance? Number of weeks paid by years worked and extended medical (That was my request and they did it). Managers get different severance then indiviuals
Will they prorate RSUs? Yes I believe I got it all....least of my titanic stock concerns
Was your manager on the call? No and No and never said anything to me after or asked how I was...during the holidays or ever. Claim to team later that he had nothing to do with it.
Did you lose access immediately? No I actually did not...but nothing surprised me
