More and more daily being moved offshore large teams being reduced by 50% or more to offshore. And yet the work i am seeing is wrong and inconsistent. Here we have an insurance company for the US and all jobs are going offshore. This is what happens when you bring in people who don’t have managed care as their insurance
They are building teams in India to take over rolled provided by U.S. employees.
I certainly hope if we do want to offshore (I’d rather we didn’t), that we don’t use Carelon. Doesn’t make sense to pay our competitor to do our work. I’m all for globalization, but who knows the ins and outs of our business better than us?
