Hear me out: some Spring nerd does a company wide study on the cost of your computer taking 20 minutes to boot up every time. They figure out that it's probably in the billions. We all live happily ever after. Well those of us that aren't exported to India will.

I’ve been invited to a few lean workshops, and I was actually surprised at how well they were able to get the group to work together. I thought it would be a cluster in there, but they got some cr-p done and fixed some issues that were slowing down our routes

Lean is snake oil.
Lean is another brother in law scam. Someone needed a job cuz they are married to someone’s daughter or something. Silly but that’s how I feel about it. Next. Another tool to disconnect the immediate supervisor from their workers. But no one really cares about that part. Last but not least. The wasted money on these buddies of someone of DOAG. That money could be used on raises or hire. How about you LEAN out the lack of accountability from head to toe. Behind the curve on technology. A better career path for people. All the middle management. Also the pds.
