At least one has a solution, the other just micromanages and loses contracts. Corporate or HR, if you are reading this pay attention. In the last 5 years, our company has become d-mb. Used to be if something was not right the leadership of the site would stand up and say what needed to be said. Now all we have is yess men and women clearly missing a pair. If no one stands their ground and fights for whats right, this company will dissolve. And the only investors of this company are the board of directors. dont give us cr-p that we need to save 80/95/100. It just lines your pockets. Cant line your pockets if you continue to hemmorage people, lose contracts, but invest in yourself. Diversify jack wagons

This blockhead (see what I did there?) has been providing "leadership" to L3/L3H for nearly a decade now... tell me: what stakeholders are doing better. Employees? Shareholders? US DoD? Customers? Vendors? A cardboard cut-out of a CEO could have done as well. I know at least one guy who's laughing all the way to the bank...
