That’s how stu-pid they really are.

CWA is the only profitable organization within T.
Woohoo…another easy week on the way! Hardest decision is what are we grilling each day? Maybe bring in my portable pizza oven, haven’t had pizza yet. Subs sound good too, need to take a poll. Hang in there CP, eventually HR will find a competent negotiator and get this thing done. Be Safe!
I’m working on some home projects and building a pergola at the lake house. Thanks in advance! 😎
Shouldn’t that have been single wide projects and building a pergola for my 2nd level for extra money?
You are correct sir, we are so ill prepared because you said it. 😂 my crew is loving it, usually forced OT and sweating our butts off this time of year. Thanks HR for the summer vacation and allowing the CP managers to fill in for us. Asking, could you let this go on for a while longer? I’m working on some home projects and building a pergola at the lake house. Thanks in advance! 😎
They are trying to break the union , their insurance runs out in 6 days and the majority not all of these buffoons are ill prepared to stay out 5 days much less 30 , company is calculating by 8/31 87% will be back thus busting the union, again they have calculated most of the work force is under 50 years old and judging by national averages will be whoa-fully unprepared to miss one pay check much less 2,3,4…….
Trust me, they didn't spend much on training. I'll have no idea what I'm doing.
“Cp?”
It’s akin to ‘TP’…as in being used in similar fashion.
That's what happens when a 3rd rate company gets in over their heads.
“ They’re spending more on CP than they would have on the union contract.”
D-mbest quote of the weekend, congrats
“AT&T don't have to pay managers overtime so they are getting extra 4 hours a day for free!!”
90% of the deployed managers are non-exempt and do get OT. The others will get additional PTO just like they did in 2019. The company is saving millions a day by not paying the strike force. That will be partially offset by the OT and extra days off for the contingency workers. There is no recovering from the lost revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention. But hey at least you made your point.
"AT&T don't have to pay managers overtime so they are getting extra 4 hours a day for free!!"
You really are a special kind of stupid. 99% of the deployed managers are not doing any work at all . . . just sitting in the field office talking to all the other CP managers who do not know how to repair shi+ either. Less than 1% of all the tickets are being closed, and the normal work that managers do is not getting done either. When the union does come back in, ATT will be paying them to do all the work that did not get done, and paying 1.5 times for a lot of it. So, ATT will be paying more to get the normal work done, and they are also losing and delaying revenue for new customers, and will have to give credits for the customers that were affected by outages that are not getting repaired in a timely fashion. Please, just sit down and STFU!
Everyone who still is employed at AT&T is of questionable intelligence. The leadership is obviously committed only to lining their own pockets and bailing.
Randall Lynn Stephenson trained his heir.
It's not surprising how much turmoil and dystopian behavior is on display here.
AT&T don't have to pay managers overtime so they are getting extra 4 hours a day for free!!
Are they really? How much a day are they not paying in wages during the stoppage?
Contingency Planning. Strike duty training for managers.
They might spend more but it’s a tax write off
Cp?
