There are other jobs out there. I have two interviews lined up for next week. If a good offer comes my way, I’m not waiting for LR. If they overlap and I’m caught in the net - great. In the meantime, I’m just coasting. Companies like Cisco deserve nothing better.

Wait till you actually get an offer, with a higher pay before you say this. getting the interview is a battle, but getting the job is also as difficult since the interview bars are now much higher and you are competing with people with better brands on their resume and skillsets
