Nothing moves one left to right on the political spectrum more than seeing the lump sum tax eat up a big check.
Got mine overnight
Took a solid month (after my last normal paycheck) to get my severance. I wish I'd known that beforehand because going a month with zero income really su-ked.
My statement is up on ADP tonight.
I received the same letter for August 30th.
Email I received said severance would be paid out "on or around August 30th", which is the next scheduled, normal, payday for Dell. I'll check ADP tomorrow (Thursday) which is when we would normally see our paystubs posted.
It takes about a month assuming you submitted all paperwork promptly and completely.
