Bunch of whiners.
I dont care what policy they put out. Not going to office unless i need to be there for something. Not like i report to anyone there anyways so not doing any "colaborating". My closest direct report is now 400mi away and one that could be my direct report sits 5 ft away managing people that are 300 mi away. Smh....

The attendance report is bull. Even my manager has said how ridiculous he thinks this is. Meanwhile how many more offices are closing this month?
Folks, they will continue to take away benefits because they want you to quit. It will be one less severance that they will pay. Don’t be surprised when the hybrid Friday goes away. Good day!
Q3 is going to blow. So they will use that one day we weren’t in the office to prove their point. They need us to collaborate and be on teams call with people in other offices or with remote bc their office closed.
How else will they micromanage us as they fly around in the corporate jet.
