Mission 1 is an absolute failure. They count on having 1 or 2 actual good workers on each territory to get the job done. The good workers get punished because of the lazy fu--s. It's a mess.

In the North East area I pack out more deliveries as a “sales rep” than my FTOWs. Even the usually happy and optimistic people are miserable working here now. When you don’t think it can get any worse they find a way. Every godda-n work day has become so dreadful. There will never be enough quality help to make mission one work, especially with the cr-ppy wages they want to pay. I can only imagine the amount of money the company’s lost with this cluster f*ck of a mess the last two years.
People be dropping like flies. A FTOW that I knew from when I was one told me that those weekly territory check in calls have been getting canceled because of how bad the help situation is getting. Company did it to itself. Even if it did go back to how it was they’ll never recover from the mess this company created.

Totally!!! Not one second over 8 hrs a day and if they make you, ask them who else they are forcing overtime on? It’s like taking candy from a baby!!
