Secureworks has always been a boat anchor.. never able to leverage the massive Dell customer base while living off a never ending TSA which grossly hides the true cost of running that underperforming business
Dell cyber hasn't used this company for years.
It was a Michael Dell company...it was his baby.
Yet cyber told upper management all was well, lol.
Nobody wanted to tell the elites that the company wasn't used.
Instead we paid for services and just ignored it,
right after Dell ruins Secureworks they are ready to sell.
A SecureWorks spokesperson declined to comment on the sale process, adding that the company was "focused on serving our stakeholders and advancing our mission to secure human progress with Taegis."
What commendable goal! Everyone should desire to use Taegis..
