Reasons for poor results: china weakness, macro headwind, supply chain issue, not participating in AI race, this the bottom and improve from here, soft CPU demand, second half will recover, inventory correction.

Those are the excuses Pat made both internally and externally for disappointing situation and does not take accountability to resign and someone competent to come cleaning his mess.

In order for the company to turn around, the employees have to care and be excited to work on projects. If the employees are not happy then the company won't go anywhere fast.
Just wait till Oct/Nov/Dec when most companies layoff and hire (but there won't be much hiring this year or the next few years as USA goes into recession).

Those pesky customers had exorbitant expectations for our CPUs to match or beat competition in performance and efficiency, instead of just buying them because they are freedom American-made patriotic processors.
Also somehow nobody wanted to use our patriotic foundries, despite complete lack of ecosystem, awful process node track record, and terrible yields.
