I work for about 10 hours a week and don't feel like Im learning or growing much; everyone is checked out and probably preparing for another job interview.

Yes, and from my recollection, you don’t even have to tell Ford about your involvement with other businesses or organizations. At my previous company, everything had to be reported for review, including involvement with Scouts. They were really ensuring that no one was involved with an associated business that could potentially create a conflict, like being a salesperson for a supplier.
