I agree .. here in south la when u call district office u get nowhere even when you ask for higher up leadership and phone numbers!
You are correct. Union only cares about wireline techs. That’s the way it’s always been.
You are correct, the company leadership is completely feckless. DEI training is the most important item on the schedule. T is sponsoring a film on conversion at your local public library with cupcakes for the children but you knew that already didn't you.
Are you absolutely helpless? Why do you keep posting the same thing over and over, for weeks now?
Essentially you are the union. Step up and do something about it.
