If you’ve got 5+ years at UHC, what are they providing these days for RIFs? I heard a week for each year but that was several years ago and not sure if it was accurate.

Go to Spark and type severance policy or something close to that. The policy and all information will populate and you can begin to read through and develop a preliminary plan for “just in case”.
Severance varies by salary grade. 4 or 5 years of service would be 4, 6, or 12 weeks of base pay, depending on grade. Every 2 years of additional completed service adds 2 weeks of base pay, to a max of 26 weeks. No credit for partial years of service.
