Ford certainly has not launched, nor lead a start-up company within a mobility company, certainly not one which is expanding in scope in this business climate, a feat that many could not accomplish, including Ford.

I second Doug Field call for CEO. He has vision, experience, snd history of successes.
Joe Hinrichs should have been our CEO and was retired when he didn't get the job. He is the CEO for CSX now and appears to be delivering. A great leader and true people person.

Kumar used to have a soul. But he sold it years ago to keep his job and deliver Jim Farley's evil plans from his abandoned empty basement.
No way should he be the next CEO. He is the one that talked about how great the executive profit sharing was going to be in the global town hall....remember? That resulted in them recalculating our profit sharing....had he not slipped up we never would have gotten that bonus. He is not a Leader.
DF is the best choice.
