Does anyone have any insights on how the lists are being prepared?

The list is 95% done at the lower level. Decisions left are management I would guess.
For teams that will have to let go of 7% of the group, I think they start with red badges...
Red badges are not included in LR headcounts; they are not regular employees and can be let go at any time.
For teams that will have to let go of 7% of the group, I think they start with red badges (if any are left) and then they will go with either people making too much or people that are too junior. Also, managers have a system where they can add team members to an "essential employee" list
For teams they are planning on getting rid of entirely, that one is simple for them...if you are on that team you go
