I just purchased stock in a magnet company that supplies GE. It's only a matter of time and I will be retiring on my fortune.

The IP is a well informed GE corporate jockey.
Maybe it is time to go on the shop floor and move some magnets on your board.
Don't forget to move them back before shift change. So you can move the same magnets again and claim success.

Heard flow leaders and advanced operators are going to be the first ones laid off

Hahaha pull the IPs from the site? Good luck. Like rats leaving a sinking ship. Wilmington IS shutting down, I just got out of a meeting about it. They're making the announcement next week. Brush up those resumes, boys! As we all know half the people here are basically unemployable anyways.
Goodbye Wilmington!

Wilmington isn't going anywhere. Stop trying to make yourself feel good. If it was they would by law have to send out a WARN notice. People are working plenty of OT in wilmington. New jobs coming in with new equipment. If you work in Wilmington stay of this page it's no good lol. I don't work in Wilmington but no plant is closing. 100% Wilmington will not be closing.

I don't work in Wilmington but I can tell you from my standpoint being in the meetings with other senior executives. Wilmington isn't going anywhere. No plant is going anywhere. Stop with the false fear mongering before we start pulling IPs from this site.

I work at Wilmington. There hasn’t been a layoff (yet) and we haven’t heard plans to shutter the plant (yet)…but we are slow. When is this announcement supposed to drop?

We had heard there was a lay off in Wilmington? Is that true and rumors going around our plant that we may have a layoff.
