Customers have realised no point speaking to a bunch of pretenders (CX) complete waste of space and if you got rid of the whole division it would have zero effect on our customers and our relationships

It's embarrassing when an SDM , a CSE, and a CSS beg TAC to speak to the customer because they are too afraid to. Most of them only have one or 2 customers and can't be bothered to learns the solutions that the customers bought. Grade 11/12 "executives" that just hide behind TAC.....
Fear? They aren't afraid of the layoffs, but rather how pathetic the customer service has been for a long time. It's just going to get worse.
