Numbers coming in from outside the US this evening has 80% of VSP getting blocked - very poor form

The pastor is looking for lifelines. Telling investors that he is going to layoff 15,000 gives them a sense of security. However when he announced the cuts it did not create the impact expected. I think he is going to need more than the 15% to go back to the board with his ammended plans. He will have a hard time pushing refusals of vsps I think and hope 🙏
We’re on the deck of the titanic all this rearranging of deck chairs will make no diff to the outcome that this ship is sinking, senior mangers are in control of who gets a package and slips away in a life raft , they have most of their cronnies on deck from first class , the techs unfortunately are locked below decks trying to get out - all will sink with the ship - Pats about to pass the captains hat just as it breaks apart - sheep left are singing “for those in peril on the sea”
VSP being offered in Ireland is just a mirage , unnecessary and rolled out there as part of the global effort, deep VSP acceptance will be in the stale US and Israel sites

The ER was all Ireland needed , now unless Pat G has more surprises and is willing to take a deeper cut on the Emerald Isle then for that site VSP will be blocked for vast vast majority and for every tech as it’s unnecessary to hit corporate target
The reason Ireland is worried that there may be no tech redundancy is because it hasn’t been confirmed unlike Isreal and us. They also had a Hugh uptake in the ERP. However this may be due legal reasons. It would be great if they could give us some indication of how many techs will be selected it is torturous waiting.

With both Israel and Arizona giving VSP to techs (confirmed), I'm not sure why Ireland thinks it's so special?
Techs will have to be 100% blocked across all sites - who else will stand at a tool at 3am and press the alarm test button ? Eng and managers won’t ffs

15% of MTs could be let go in Irelnad and there would no impact to the company. Maybe there would no longer be 2hr breakfasts and 2hr lunches for the MTs, that's about it.
If that's true then management haven't a clue what's goes on. Plenty of G57s idle in Ireland too, they cost a fortune for the work they do.
Eh Gr57 in Az techs were targeted as they have been nothing but idle - in Ireland comms already in play for all MT’s to remain , splitting and selling foundry will just enforce a severe ISP but again targeting high grade managers and eng to reward them with an exit parachute
It all may as well be fake news at this point anyway. Pat still has to present his new plan to the board, everything up to now is just shuffling the deck chairs. Many deck chairs will be removed before this is over.

Folks obviously fake news below , All MT’s in Ireland are all being blocked for VSP but some high grade eng and managers will get to a life raft - premise is to finally get all MT’s at the tools working and maximise the CPM dollar saving by allowing high grades to exit, also a reward for their toil and years service

The Ireland comment is nonsense. Only 13% of the site were eligible for ER to begin with, probably half won't take it.
