Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Why not hire local scabs for SE?

Question here- why fly management from California to the SE to cover for strikers when you can hire locally?

BTW - I support the union and I think it’s so messed up that Stankey and his minions are having California managers flown to SE at corporate expense. Waste of talent and money and time.

CP managers are temps. Contractors are being retained and trained to take over permanently to return managers to bau work.

I know some idjut will label this company trolling, but it’s real.

Enjoy your grilling and extended vacations. CP managers will soon be headed home, you’ll be working somewhere else. Working without a contract was an option, your union chose to go nuclear.

The original Poster left out a tiny detail — the west region managers forced to the SE region are “trained “ because they completed their training earlier this year. The company, in it’s infinite wisdom, now seeks to deploy these managers to the SE since the west is going to ratify their TA this Saturday

You mere mortal. You will never understand the responsibilities of leaders. I will list a few for you to understand.

Think on those for a while.

Nah, there are plenty of coffee badgers and Costco runners left to assign CP duty, get them trained up. A new shiny pair of boots and PPE with a little training, they will be ready to shine! We’ve always heard from company sycophants how much better they are than the lazy overweight union slugs. I say, all hat no cattle.

"All hat no cattle" “often refers to someone who is all talk and no action, a person who can't substantiate their grand claims with real substance.“
