My TD area target is 11-12%; ER+VSP got to 8-9% and ISP will get to goal. The way that ISPs are being selected is bizarre and expected. Pick the folks who you want gone and then come up with arbitrary skills matrices to justify the decision, but you can’t state you are using previous insights/OKRs in the reasoning. The names have been submitted, this could be finished tomorrow. No idea why the company is dragging this out for another two months — my best guess is that the churn and commotion will be used as justification for the next two quarters being awful.
