Not only because of aggressive and incompetent micro-managers and a toxic work environment. Not only because of overtime, pointless procedural tasks and no sense of accomplishment. Not only because we are treated not as human beings with personal and professional value but as disposable inanimate objects which can be discarded at any point. It’s also because many of us have personal and professional ethical and moral conflict with policies of this company and the way it conducts business.

No, I've decided that making the POS in HY pay the full year of severance is worth more than my morals. They don't get what they want, not this time.
@vrg or I've decided my family still needs to eat and maintain a home while I find another job. It ain't exactly a job seeker's market at the moment.
Well if your moral and values differ from that of the company then you should leave, because it will not change. If you are staying then you have decided that your paycheck is more important than your morals or values.
