Many are being put on PIPs, then Fired! I guess it saves the severance

Agree about the two in PE - Shared Cap. They were fantastic to work with and I was surprised. I’m outside of that BU but worked with them and they were straight sho-ters.

The new CTO fires the visible minority/POC engineering leaders. Unfortunate.

Looks like many heads of engineering from Toronto are on their way out.

Heard today that a VP in CE was let go as well as part of this round. One of the best leaders and minds at TR too. Can happen to anyone if he’s leaving.

Joel is ridding the leadership team that was brought in by Maholtra and installing his own henchmen.

I am scared now. Did it start this early? Shared Cap? And, which other team was impacted?

Two groups in Product Engineering and their leadership. Most are moving elsewhere in PE. Seems Joel is streamlining and to me they make sense. I’ve heard two names in PE - Shared Cap the puzzled me as I’ve worked with them and they are fantastic. So surprised.

The other thing is the loss of organic knowledge. I understand bringing in new folks for a new perspective, but some recent hires are blowing my mind.
