Maybe in Ireland. Not here in US.
In Ireland we are currently in 30 day consultation period defined in law expires 11th Sep. No one in Ireland can be officially told of ERP/VSP until after the 11th. If Ireland needed to do ISP they will need to start another 30 day consultation. As the website now has closed and they haven’t started the 2nd consultation Ireland won’t have ISP and our numbers will be covered by ERP/VSP
ISP will receive nothing

Not cancelled. Certain exempt People were specifically told to take VSP or they would be eliminated in iSP. They didn't all take VSP. Plus non-exempts will still face iSP
Yeah for this round maybe....give Intel a few more months for the next round
