Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

EFCC Layoffs?

Is there any news regarding EFCC and layoffs occurring within that department. It seems that everything has gone downhill under Tyler Reynold Leadership.

The RMC calls always go over “lack of trust in management”. This is why. So much for the open communication they always preach.

I don’t think anyone is trying to funny, I think they are trying to suggest that if normal Americans are losing their jobs based on decisions made by people who have been allegedly associated with some sort of domestic militia, the wrong people are losing their jobs.

This isn’t really a place to be funny. People are probably losing their jobs. Employees that have been faithful to U.S.Bank for 5/10/15/20 or 25 years. Employees that are sole bread winners of the family, have to carry the insurance as their partner or child is ill or disabled. We just keep working and the bank just leaves us wondering when or if we will have a job tomorrow or next week. Shame on you Andy C, Tyler and anyone else that has the power to tell the truth, U.S. Bank needs to stop saying there is open and honest communication because it is a buzz word and nothing else. We are people not numbers, all we want is to be treated with respect.

Also, please do not confuse this with the 1970's, Sid and Marty Krofft, American children's television series, The Bugaloos. Because H.R. Pufnstuf was no bigot!

EFCC managers can mobilize and circle the wagons to protect their necks much better than they can mobilize and circle the wagons to protect the bank or the customers. These are incredibly mean people who care only about themselves. Reynolds leads the charge, just an id--t.

You basically just described almost every single manager (all levels) in EFCC as of now. Unqualified, inexperienced, and absolute "yes men". Honestly nauseating.

Tyler is a terrible human being and utterly unqualified to run a lemonade stand. He got the job because he kisses the ring.

Around this time last year my area that I work in let go or didn’t renew a fairly sizeable number of contractors but since then nothing. Since I started here in my area of EFCC I have not really seen any full time employees let go they’ve moved on either to other teams or left for another company. Positions continue to get filled and in the weekly emails there always seems to still be a handful of positions open across EFCC. I feel like we’re pretty much left in the dark by management and don’t find out much until things just suddenly change. I hear a lot more useful information on here than I do from the leaders. I feel like anyone myself included could just get blindsided out of nowhere one day we hear so little information. Upper management does a great job of convincing themselves that everything is so great all the time. They live in such a bubble completely out of touch with the ordinary employees.
