Strike to assist with third-quarter FCF

AT&T stands to benefit from the union workers' strike. For third quarter numbers, free cash flow will grow, which Wall Street is likely to embrace. In the meantime, business has been sustained by contingent workers, managers, and astute union employees who prioritize their families. Customer inconvenience has been minimal, and AT&T is looking into solutions if this continues past September. Unfortunately, the only losers are the union employees who have placed their trust in the union for their daily "lunch" and weekly $300, whereas Union employees receive their entire income plus a cooked steak.

If the strike doesn’t end soon AT&T is going to sign a deal with contractors if they haven’t already. I would imagine a huge surplus is imminent if that happens.

They are already hiring contractors, but no, they legally can't "replace" them.

Retired union employees coming back as contractors for extra cash to do installs. Benefits and a salary. Not bad.

🤣 that’s funny right there junior, you need to look on social media and see all the pi---d off customers. They are trying to train office “managers” right now to start doing installs, good luck with that. A large group of office managers and several in dress slacks were seen at the Atlanta training center looking at outside facilities and PFP. They pulled from the few “experienced” CP management pool that haven’t been laid off or quit now they using office worker & WFH conscription. Putin’s tactics of winning.

The CP managers that have been working are tired as h&ll, they are dragging in and out everyday and feeling the grind that techs endure. Missing their families and wondering when it will end, we speak to them everyday. They are past ready for it to be over.

Any benefit will only be temporary because of backpay and OT pay when the strike is over.

Surpluses , instability, headcount reduction and getting rid of those pesky and demanding customers is INNOVATION .
Thank you being a believer, you shall be rewarded
