A coworker said they’re leaving with severance, but was not on the official CPM or retirement list.
Think they are lying to look better about quitting Intel without anything. True? Or is there a way they could still get severance.

In the past individual deals were made. Especially for higher grades.
A few lads I know have other job offers, they are waiting for CPM acceptance before they say anything. If they don't get accepted they are giving their notice instead.
How would you know what list they may or may not be on ? Seems an odd thing to lie about
