Nobody knows sh-t but we can make up some sh-t.
Ballots weren't even supposed to be counted until today, so how or why would they have filed that weeks after the TA was reached?
No results of the vote posted yet, but CWA District 9 (Local 9421) filing a ULP against the company seems to point to the contract being turned down. How long before District 9 joins District 3 in a strike?
I wouldn’t think you could Ratify and file a claim for ULP.
