I am a manager and during HR training, participating managers were hidden, so no one knew who else is on call.

The managers that were not invited to this WebEx LR training will be LR'd
They should train all the managers otherwise the ones that were not invited might suspect that they either would be let go or they don't have anybody affected

You think Cisco is that nice. I'd think they'd get the training, have to LR their team, and then their manager will LR them rather than putting all the blood on the upper manager's hands for the manager and their team.
