Chuck doesn’t want to send all jobs to India, Bangalore golf courses are cr-p.
“ I'm happy with the CEO, he is very skilled at cutting costs”
Thanks Chuck - good to see you active on these forums.
You don’t remove a communist dictator by sending complaints to himself. But if the communist party can’t steal intellectual property from former employees, competitors or university grad students then the collapse is inevitable. It becomes a matter of time until Cisco turns to sh-t.
"CEO try his best to save lots of jobs in US."
Cisco's major customer is the US Government. You can't eliminate all US jobs and move them overseas... it would cause a PR nightmare. Instead you layoff a few thousand every year, and rehire in America as contractors.
CEO try his best to save lots of jobs in US. Think of this what if he let go 50% of US personal and hire in India or not hire any but shift load to overseas ? I bet stock will rise and Cisco will live longer. We actually live on legacy produce most of developing just a bull-sh-t , can you name any successful product ?
Remember when Elon Musk LR 50% of the staff the whole world clap for him. Cherish when you still have a job in US.
BlackRock is in control.
The board has determined the CEO is accountable for cutting costs. It's not like Cisco is a technology company trying to map out a future vision.
We don't have buildings of people working on AI, cloud or security solutions. The company is filled with salesmen & bureaucrats.
The main job of the Board is to hold the CEO accountable and they cannot do that if the CEO is also their boss
Corporate Governance and Financial Experts both strongly recommend that the Board of Directors Chairman and the CEO should not be the same person
I'm happy with the CEO, he is very skilled at cutting costs.
List your concerns and reasons to BOD. Also # shares you own.
Remember Chuck is also the chairman of the board.
