Not true.
They will get a swift kick in the a-s so the door doesn't hit them on the way out.
Majority of ISPs are getting nothing. Not all but most are getting zero.

I don't agree to one of the comment about living on Intel Welfare. I left intel over three years ago. I am doing very well now. I always wanted to work and learn. Intel has so much politics and bad people that i was spending a lot of time fighting back, Some people don't fight back because it is hard and takes a toll on you. If you put these people in a different company, they will work. Learning new things is always invigorating for humans.
Excellent news. Living on Intel welfare has its limits. Time to go do some real work in a real company.
