LR coming and reqs are frozen. that means nothing internal is available. worse is that most job posts are fake.

The reqs are out there. Just not in USA. You might want to move to Mexico or Costa rica or poland

Cisco is investing for growth in certain areas and geography, need not be in USA.
That is not true. I'm currently interviewing for a job that will be filled internally. It is true that there are very few jobs available right now.
In a rapid economic downturn this is expected
People are too busy watching TikTok videos and don’t realize how dire things really are. wake up
And that's not just Cisco. Lots of companies are experiencing LRs and post fake jobs. Hopefully people haven't waited until now to start looking for a job because it can be rough out there if not prepared.
