Leadership

Leadership is so out of touch with the needs of employees that it's frustrating. Leadership seems to only care about making themselves look good. Leadership is incompetent

That’s true for every company though. Managers are salespeople, they are good at pretending to be important

Leadership is not out of touch, Roger “the firm” was brought on because he is a dead cold ki-ler. He doesn’t care about your feelings he will push you until you quite, he his here to make you bleed. Either form a union, STFU or quit. They want to keep your 401k and force you out. Welcome to the Johnson family business where they watch you crawl from their mansions at Martha’s Vinyard.

Starts at the very top unfortunately. The diaspora between what leadership says and what they do is substantial. This creates distrust - at all levels - I've never seen it this bad, always been there to some extent but has really increased as the company size grew rapidly, and how they've reacted to that.

("We're growing want you to grow your career with us for the future, join us today". to "We over hired. You're accounts are being disabled at the end of this video call, and a UPS box is being delivered for your equipment to be returned. Best of luck with your future endeavors.")

200% agree on emperor's new clothes situation and lack of psychological safety to disagree. People who don't agree with Sr. leaders are put into naughty list for long term.

Also, Sr. leaders are putting their head in sand by totally ignoring real pulse results feedback by just mentioning what they want to read from it. Funny thing is end of everything they shamelessly say -- "oh we are doing all these changes listening your feedback in all associate survey"

It's an emperor's new clothes situation here. Someone should have told her the truth when she said she wanted everyone back in. This many people in the company complaining is not entitled young people, it's just common sense.

Total Employees > total parking spaces = Problem. I blame all the leadership that is afraid to speak the truth when an id--tic idea is getting pushed from the top.

Stating a negative feeling is seen as unprofessional. That's a problem when the negative comment is the truth. This is how empires fail. Learn to adapt and use technology.
